Her journey into entrepreneurship began after building a career as a Sales and Business Development Coach for a Fortune 500 company, This prepared her to go on and become the CEO of Evolv Financial, a fintech company based in Orlando, Florida. The company develops modern financial infrastructure and technology platforms that include digital banking services, Ai engagement tools, payment processing, and automated customer acquisition solutions. The companies mission is to empower individuals, ministries, and small businesses to build stronger financial futures.

Through Evolv Financial, Karina also overseas Evolv Loans and Evolv Realty Group. She spends her free time creating new products for her cosmetics line, Golden Veil Cosmetics, a luxury beauty brand focused on elevated self-care and confidence.
