Brian Jenkins
Master of Ceremonies and Relationship Strategist
For over two decades, Brian Christian Jenkins navigated the high-stakes world of international sales and non-profit leadership, chasing the traditional markers of success. However, the external accolades masked an internal drift. After hosting two weddings in Spain and the USA at the end of 2018, Brian felt unexpectedly empty and purposeless, realizing he was at a breaking point. This moment of clarity led him to the "men's work" to start asking himself difficult questions about how he was moving through the world and then give himself harsh honest answers; marking the beginning of a profound, eight-year transformation.
After earning an MBA in London and spending 13 years building a life and business in the Canary Islands, Brian eventually faced the crucible of divorce and the stripping away of his old identity. Returning to the United States in 2025, he brought back more than just business acumen; he brought the hard-won wisdom of a man who had to stop managing his circumstances and start leading his life from the heart.
As a dedicated member and active leader within Rising Man since 2018, Brian has immersed himself in deep embodiment work, intensive workshops, and the exhaustive study of human potential. This journey of self-study and personal healing evolved into a mission of service; Brian now leads hundreds of men from across the globe, specializing in the community’s online space and programming to help them find their authentic voice and unshakeable confidence.
He discovered that the "bleeding out" so many young men feel today—the weight of addiction, the mirror-shame of body image, and the hollow pursuit of validation—is actually a call to a different kind of masculinity. Through his work, Brian Christian supports men in finding better options than the narrow versions of manhood society offers. He is committed to guiding men to become "Heart-led" leaders—those who are as compassionate as they are strong, serving as authentic lovers and intentional fathers capable of raising a healthy new generation. Brian invites you to stop hiding in the shadows of "good enough" and to join him in the courageous work of becoming the man you were always designed to be.
