Joshua Mangum

Joshua Mangum is a leader who is passionate about empowering young adults to pursue holistic excellence—mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and professionally. With a degree in Applied Cultural Thought and Business from North Carolina A&T State University, he brings a thoughtful and healthy lens to issues of identity, growth, and purpose.

Raised by a pastor and a licensed social worker, Joshua was shaped by both spiritual leadership and mental health awareness, giving him a unique perspective on the importance of holistic well-being in mind, body, and spirit.

Today, he works in finance as an advisor with New York Life where he helps young professionals set a strong foundation for themselves financially. He also leads the Creative Department at his church and serves as Executive Director of Fireplace Young Adults, where he is committed to creating spaces where young people can be seen, heard, and restored. His work centers on helping this generation break through internal barriers, navigate emotional challenges, and step into purpose with clarity and confidence.
